Convenience and style. The device is compact and light. It is always at hand when needed. 

Cost-effectiveness. 1 device and a replacement cartridge are meant for six-month use, which will save your money on bottled alkaline water. 

Sustainability. The device reduces the environmental damage caused by the production of plastic bottles. 1 device replaces 42 kg of plastic per year. The bottle itself contains BPA free plastic which is absolutely harmless and non-toxic. 

Versatility. TRUE WATER can be used for making tea, coffee, smoothie, etc. as well as for preparing BioDrone or for drinking with food supplements. 

Device: a utensil for a household purpose made of Eastman Tritan™ BPA free, АВS plastic, stainless steel, silicone, polyester.

Cartridge: silver-containing natural zeolite, granular magnesium, shungite, flint.

Before use:

1. Wash all parts of the device in the running water with dishwashing liquid and then rinse. Do not use abrasive sponges and aggressive dishwashing detergents.  
2. Place the stones into a metal container, wash them thoroughly in the running water, put a silicone lid on.
3. Place the container at the bottom of the device, hold it steady.
4. Pour drinking room temperature water into the device with the cartridge, and shake up several times.
5. Wait not less than 40 minutes, shaking and turning the device up and down occasionally.

Note!

• It is recommended to pour down the first filtered water and rinse the device in the running water.  
• It is essential to shake up and turn the device up and down occasionally for a uniform effect.   
• It is recommended to fill in the device, leaving 1-2 cm up to the neck for active mixing of the water.
• It is recommended to use drinking room temperature water. Do not heat or boil water with the cartridge.
• Do not fill in the device with the cartridge with other liquids (tea, juice, coffee).
• The filtered water can be used in cooking (soups, drinks, cocktails, etc.)

It is recommended to regenerate the minerals on average once in 10-14 days for restoring their efficiency.

How to restore (regenerate) a cartridge:

1 Dilute 1 tsp. of food citric acid in 100 ml of room temperature water.

2. Dip an open container with minerals (cartridge) into the solution.

3. Stir the stones in the cartridge occasionally so that all of them react. Regeneration takes 2- 3 minutes, however, the time may increase slightly.

4. Thoroughly wash the cartridge in the running water.

5. Dry the cartridge at room temperature away from sources of heat and odours.

6. The cartridge is ready for further use.  

Note!

• Bubble formation indicates the beginning of a purifying process. It is important not to allow profuse bubble release.  
• Do not use hot water.

Bottle (without a cartridge): care instructions

Simple hygiene rules will extend the device service life and prevent unpleasant odour formation on all bottle parts, including silicone ones.  

1. Daily after using the bottle, wash it with warm water and dishwashing liquids.
2. It is allowed to wash plastic and silicone parts of the bottle in a dishwasher, excluding a metal container and a cartridge. Do not use abrasive sponges and aggressive dishwashing detergents.
3. Thoroughly clean the bottle and its silicone parts once a fortnight. To do this, soak the silicone part in baking soda and salt solution for 3-5 hours. Then wash the bottle and the silicone parts with a sponge and soda.   

The preparation of baking soda and salt solution:

1. Take a glass (200 ml) of 40-60 °C water.

2. Add 1 tsp. of baking soda + 1 tsp. of salt.

3. Stir until completely dissolved.

If the device is not used for more than 14 days, it is recommended to wash the cartridge in the running water, dry it at room temperature away from heat and odour sources. Store an unused cartridge in a sealed consumer container at a temperature between 0 °C and +25 °C and with relative humidity not more than 75% away from heat, odours and direct sunlight.   

Cartridge replacement time. The cartridge is designed approximately for three months of daily use. This period may vary depending on the frequency of use and the water quality.

Precautionary measures:

Do not use hot water! Do not ingest the contents of the cartridge, keep out of reach of children, do not heat , avoid direct sunlight and sources of fire, dry at room temperature away from heat and odour sources.

Device. Service life: 24 months.

Cartridge. Store at a temperature between 0 °C and +25 °C and with relative humidity not more than 75% away from heat, odours and direct sunlight.   

Warranty period  — 5 years since the date of manufacture. Cartridge service life - 3 months.
